- Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI): Are you in need of assistance in finding a STEM career that best suits you? The MBTI tool is a personality assessment indicating your preference on how you perceive the world around you and make decisions. STEM Counselors are here to support students in developing awareness and self-evaluation by preparing them for a successful life and innovative careers. We engage students in personal development to build resilience and support of self and others. Set up an appointment with your STEM Counselor to explore your MBTI and career opportunities today!
- Strong Interest Inventory: This is another tool we use to help you explore careers that might interest you! Building upon years of extensive and constantly-updated research, the Strong Interest Inventory helps match your interests with educational and career opportunities, extracurricular activities, and hobbies! This is a great starting point if you're currently exploring different majors or you're unsure of what your current major can offer you. Ask your STEM Counselor for more information and begin your career exploration today!
- STEM Career Panels: Are you interested in learning more about your major and the career opportunities that are available to you with the STEM fields? Attending our Career Panels is a great way to meet current employees, employers, and CSUSB alumni who are working in the hundreds of fields available to you.
