General Information
In order to make your visit to Coussoulis Arena safe and enjoyable here are a few tips:
- No video or audio recording or cameras with professional lenses allowed (depending on the performer).
- No outside food or beverages. (The only exceptions are for medical reasons or baby food).
- No laser pointers.
- No weapons, pets, or anything inherently dangerous are allowed in the venue.
- Patrons with disabilities: please call (909) 537-7360 in advance for accommodations and procedures.
- There is no smoking in the building. Smokers may only use the CSUSB designated smoking areas to smoke.
- Signs are allowed as long as they are not derogatory, obscene, do not block the view of other guests and is not attached to a pole.
- Children over the age of 2-years-old must have a ticket for admittance.
- Event seating capacity depends on staging and production requirements.
- There is no re-entry unless specifically allowed by a house manager or usher for the purpose of returning something to a car, etc.
Concessions
- Coussoulis Arena offers a concession stand with food and beverage (non-alcoholic) services.
- No outside food or beverages. (The only exceptions are for medical reasons or baby food).
- No coolers, bottles or cans.
Merchandise
- A sales location is available for each event
- Merchandise will be available if the artist and/or their management provides it.
- The Coussoulis Arena will collect a percentage of the total merchandise sales during the event; this amount varies per event.
- There is no ATM machine at the Coussoulis Arena.
Parking
- The parking price varies from event to event.
- Parking for arena events is typically in Lot G.
- Parking permit dispensers are placed around the campus to purchase daily permits.
