General Information

In order to make your visit to Coussoulis Arena safe and enjoyable here are a few tips:

  • No video or audio recording or cameras with professional lenses allowed (depending on the performer).
  • No outside food or beverages. (The only exceptions are for medical reasons or baby food).
  • No laser pointers.
  • No weapons, pets, or anything inherently dangerous are allowed in the venue.
  • Patrons with disabilities: please call (909) 537-7360 in advance for accommodations and procedures.
  • There is no smoking in the building. Smokers may only use the CSUSB designated smoking areas to smoke.
  • Signs are allowed as long as they are not derogatory, obscene, do not block the view of other guests and is not attached to a pole.
  • Children over the age of 2-years-old must have a ticket for admittance.
  • Event seating capacity depends on staging and production requirements.
  • There is no re-entry unless specifically allowed by a house manager or usher for the purpose of returning something to a car, etc.

Concessions

  • Coussoulis Arena offers a concession stand with food and beverage (non-alcoholic) services.
  • No outside food or beverages. (The only exceptions are for medical reasons or baby food).
  • No coolers, bottles or cans.

Merchandise

  • A sales location is available for each event
  • Merchandise will be available if the artist and/or their management provides it.
  • The Coussoulis Arena will collect a percentage of the total merchandise sales during the event; this amount varies per event.
  • There is no ATM machine at the Coussoulis Arena.

Parking

  • The parking price varies from event to event.
  • Parking for arena events is typically in Lot G.
  • Parking permit dispensers are placed around the campus to purchase daily permits.
