General Information

In order to make your visit to Coussoulis Arena safe and enjoyable here are a few tips:

  • No video or audio recording or cameras with professional lenses allowed (depending on the performer).
  • No outside food or beverages. (The only exceptions are for medical reasons or baby food).
  • No laser pointers.
  • No weapons, pets, or anything inherently dangerous are allowed in the venue.
  • Patrons with disabilities: please call (909) 537-7360 in advance for accommodations and procedures.
  • There is no smoking in the building. Smokers may only use the CSUSB designated smoking areas to smoke.
  • Signs are allowed as long as they are not derogatory, obscene, do not block the view of other guests and is not attached to a pole.
  • Children over the age of 2-years-old must have a ticket for admittance.
  • Event seating capacity depends on staging and production requirements.
  • There is no re-entry unless specifically allowed by a house manager or usher for the purpose of returning something to a car, etc.

Box Office

  • Fully staffed by the Coussoulis Arena during an event.
  • Regular box office hours Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. (Summer hours may vary.)
  • Extended box office hours may be arranged for each event.
  • Telephone orders can placed with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) by calling (909) 537-7360. Tickets ordered by phone will be left at the “Will Call” window and can be picked up during normal box office hours or the day of the event with a photo ID.
  • The Coussoulis Arena offers a “Will Call” window that opens approximately 2 hours before show time.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges issued; please carefully review the event and seat selection.
  • A $2 service fee per ticket will be charged at the Coussoulis Arena Box Office. Fees are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment methods: Coussoulis Arena Box Office accepts MasterCard, Visa and cash.
  • Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue due to various conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience.
  • When this occurs, the Coussoulis Arena makes every effort to ensure the customer receives a prompt refund of the ticket price and associated service charge.
  • If an event you already paid for is cancelled, please contact the Coussoulis Arena (909) 537-7360, for the necessary procedures.

Concessions

  • Coussoulis Arena offers a concession stand with food and beverage (non-alcoholic) services.
  • No outside food or beverages. (The only exceptions are for medical reasons or baby food).
  • No coolers, bottles or cans.

Merchandise

  • A sales location is available for each event
  • Merchandise will be available if the artist and/or their management provides it.
  • The Coussoulis Arena will collect a percentage of the total merchandise sales during the event; this amount varies per event.
  • There is no ATM machine at the Coussoulis Arena.

Parking

  • The parking price varies from event to event; the price generally ranges from $6 to $10.
  • Parking for arena events is typically in Lot G.
  • Parking permit dispensers are placed around the campus to purchase daily permits.
  • There is metered parking at the base of the Coussoulis Arena that can be utilized when picking up or purchasing tickets at the Coussoulis Arena Box Office.
