They're happier. Their career is moving forward better. So being in an environment where in fact diversity -- diversity goes with equity, goes with inclusion -- is promoted all the way, from faculty, staff, students, administration, helps us developing a sense of belonging. And belonging is I think what's made people satisfied and happy with their job. So CSUSB was the right choice for me. What ways do students benefit from having a diverse faculty member? I want to summarize this. I want to look at a student. Student success means that we attract student, we retain student, we graduate student, and we help them finding a good job. Because, at the end of the day, that's why we're here, right? To make sure that they will have a better life. When students are in an environment where there is diverse faculty, diversity in terms of gender, race, age, sexual preferences, culture, it has been shown that students feel that they can do better in that institution. They want to be part of that institution. So diversity within faculty members is really a huge factor for student success. ^M00:01:50 [ Music ] ^M00:01:57 [ Coyote Howl ] ^E00:02:01
