A diverse faculty also leads to broaden the scope

of classroom discussions with more perspectives shared.

Having diverse faculty exposes students to various cultural and social groups,

preparing our students to become better global citizens.

So exposure to the diversity alters the way individuals think by promoting creativity

and innovation, as well as decision-making and problem-solving skills.

The skills students develops interacting with the diverse faculty

and student body also prepares them to successfully interact with the various people

that will be encountered in real world.
