Public Administration Organization

The Public Administration Organization (PAO) supports student success through polishing professional skills, exploring public (governmental) and non-profit career opportunities, and growing an awareness of public service values and administrative professionalism. It strives to create an enjoyable yet educational environment primarily focused on public agencies and non-profit organizations and is open to all concentrations.

The PAO offers opportunities to network with individuals who have similar interests and as well as to meet public administrators in notable positions. Membership in the PAO exposes you to public and non-profit organizations through our guest speakers. Participating in our extracurricular activities is a résumé builder and provides important networking opportunities. The club also encourages growth through stimulating association with the CSUSB community and interaction with professors.

The club is reorganizing and recruiting new members during AY 2015-16. It meets on the first and third Tuesdays, monthly, from 4:00-5:00 p.m. Meetings are held in JB-280. Meeting announcements are posted on the Jack Brown Hall first floor monitor locate adjacent to the double elevators.

Current officers are as follows:

  • President:  Melissa Zamora
  • Vice President: Cruz Robles
