Karen Creasey is a seasoned fitness and business professional, an athlete, a cancer survivor, a published author and a professional speaker. Her passion is to motivate, inspire, and educate people from all walks of life to improve their health, wellness and overall life performance.
Karen’s personal experiences, her thirty plus years working in the fitness industry, as well as her educational background make her a sought-after trainer and speaker for many.
She has her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Performance from the University of Oregon and her Master’s degree in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University. Karen is a certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise with specialties in post-orthopedic rehabilitation and the body framework. As well, Karen is an Aquatic Training Specialist/Master Trainer for the Aquatic Exercise Association.
Karen often works with those rehabbing from injury and illness, helping them reach their fitness goals and achieve overall wellness. She has worked alongside the medical community in her career to develop and implement rehabilitation and strength programs for people desiring greater health. She knows from experience that facing life’s challenges with resilience is about choice and occasionally a perspective shift. Karen is a firm believer that with patience and persistence anyone can realize realistic wellness goals.
