These programs can be taken on a Mac or a PC. On a PC, programs are compatible with Windows XP and later operating systems and IE 7 and later browsers. On a Mac, the programs are compatible with Mac OS X 10.6 and later operating systems, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari 5.1.9 or later browsers. We highly recommend that you use Chrome and Firefox in place of other web browsers.

For the CompTIA™ Cloud+ Certification Training program, CompTIA™ A+ and CompTIA™ Network+ certifications, or comparable training, or equivalent industry experience is strongly recommended prior to taking the course. For the Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Private Cloud program, prior experience or training or certification in Microsoft server administration is recommended prior to taking the course. For the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Server 2012 with Private Cloud program, prior experience or training, or related IT certifications is recommended prior to taking the course.
