Advice for New Students: It seems scary at first and it’s a huge adjustment from high school, but you’ll learn to adjust and even like it more, just don’t procrastinate too much because semesters go by pretty fast!

Advice for New Students: Don’t be afraid to put yourself out there. Your head might be telling you that you’re not going to get that job or position in school. Don’t listen to that; just learn from the experience. Who knows, you might actually get it!

Advice for New Students: I would tell them to be comfortable with the idea of being uncomfortable. To me, that means don’t always stay within your comfort zone, because if you don’t learn to branch out you are going to miss out on a lot of great opportunities

Advice for New Students: To do what you believe is best for you, whether it be getting involved or just focusing on your studies. Everyone is different and adjusts differently as well.

Advice for New Students: Make sure to speak to your advisor before choosing classes. Getting the classes/subjects you despise done and over with is a good thing, but don’t stress over them and make those classes worse for you. Your advisor is willing to assist you through the registration process and how each class you take will benefit you for your steps towards graduation.
