Notice of Student Rights under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

The federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), and regulations adopted subsequent to the act, set out requirements designed to protect students' privacy in their records maintained by the university. The university has incorporated FERPA into its University Policies - All Policies. The complete FERPA policy is also available.
