Vocal Jazz (Au Privave)

The CSUSB vocal jazz ensemble 'Au Privave' is one of the university's featured performing groups both on and off Campus. While quite comfortable in the jazz idioms they are also adept at many other styles of music including: rock, pop, soul, gospel, and hip-hop. The ensemble has performed at the Reno Jazz Festival and at various high schools and colleges around the California southland. Recently they were invited to perform for President Morale's investiture and even more recently featured in his video message at the close of 2013. In 2012 they opened for The Manhattan Transfer and for The Real Group in February 2014.
