Software Training
ITS Training Services offer training sessions for the tools (Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Qualtrics Basic, Qualtrics Intermediate, Google Drive Basic, Zoom Video Conferencing and more) in order to better prepare students for success in learning in a virtual environment. Students can access training sessions through the ITS webpage to pre-register for the training.
Steps to access the training session
1.Go to ITS main page. https://www.csusb.edu/its
2. Click on “Training”, then select “Register for Training”
3.Click on the training course from the “Monthly Course Offerings” list.
