Faculty - Edit Directory Profile

Find Yourself

To edit your profile, first go to your profile in the Campus Directory. Once your listing comes up, select the silhouette image in the Profile column to the left of your first name. This will open up your profile.

NOTE: Information such as your preferred name, your job title, department, email, phone, and office come from their respective authoritative sources (PeopleSoft and Telesoft) and are therefore not editable to you here. If you want to request an update to any of this type of information, please visit the Request an Update page to identify who you need to contact.

Login to Edit Your Profile

Once on your profile page, look on the left hand side for a gray button called Edit My Profile. If you are already logged in it will send you to your profile. If not, login. Under your name and title you will see a link to Edit just after the View link. Select the Edit link.

Adding to Your Profile

As a faculty member you can add many additional things to your profile. None of these additional fields are required, and will simply not appear if you choose not to fill one out. 

  • additional titles
  • bio
  • education
  • courses taught
  • specializations
  • research and teaching interests
  • specializations
  • personal website address
  • file upload of a curriculum vitae
  • file upload of a publications or performances
  • office hours
  • photo

Additional Titles

Let’s add an additional title for Dr. Jennings. In addition to being a professor, he is also the Assistant Dean, Coordinator Gender & Sexuality Studies.

Adding/Replacing and Cropping an Image

Todd's profile already has an image uploaded, but it can be replaced by selecting the Remove button. The image you upload should be less than 2MB.

When you're done adding or editing what you want, select Save at the bottom of the page.
