Office 365 - Configuring Your Mobile Device

The following is instructions for configuring your mobile device to access your Office 365 account. You can set your email client to access your Office 365 email by using either Exchange or Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) settings. There are several advantages to setting up your mobile device to use Exchange rather than IMAP settings. Both offer email syncing, however, Exchange gives you the ability to sync tasks, contacts and calendars. When using IMAP, incoming mail is stored on the mail server but sent items are stored locally.

Configuring Your Mobile Device

To configure your mobile device, click on the link assoiciated with your mobile device below and use your coyoteID as your username in the following format:

Most of the common devices will require the following information:

Port 443
Security Type SSL(Accept all certificates)
