Every Computer Information Access Request (CIA Request) requires an MPP or Chair to review and approve the access requested prior to the security administrator's authorization.  There are 2 ways the CIA Request can be accessed - by a link within an email notification or by launching a browser and logging into OnBase.  The attached document provides screenshots and detailed instructions to both methods.
