You will receive a confirmation email upon submission of your application sent to your CoyoteMail (csusb.edu email) account.

STEP 3 – Room Assignments

Check your CoyoteMail often!

Room assignments are given priority by need base and application submission date. Room assignments will be emailed to your CoyoteMail. Please review your room assignment and complete the included steps to schedule a move in date and time.

STEP 4 - Complete your Student Housing License Agreement (contract)

Complete your 2020-2021 Student Housing License Agreement (contract) by agreeing to the terms and conditions of the assignment.  The Housing License Agreement is available as the next page in the application once a room assignment has been created by DHRE.  If you are under 18 years of age, a parent/guardian must also agree to the terms and conditions through a Minor Guarantor Form.

Room Summary

Once you have completed all the steps above, you will be able to review your 2020-2021 housing assignment information – your specific Village, room, roommate, and roommate email.  We encourage you to contact your roommate to start to get to know each other and coordinate room needs.
