The CSUSB College of Education Office of Assessment & Research supports and collaborates with the COE and campus community to support continuous improvement and development, and fosters a campus culture of assessment. Liaisons with and facilitates communication of accreditation requirements between accrediting agencies and programs. Chairs the COE Unit Assessment Committee and leads the COE Program Improvement and Effectiveness (PIE) meetings. Coordinates assessment and accreditation activities, including reporting and data management. Maintains unit-wide evaluations and assessments, and oversees the custom COE Student Modules in PeopleSoft. Provides data preparation and statistical analysis for decision-making and strategic planning. Provides consultation and support to faculty and staff for candidate and program evaluation. Chairs the annual COE Graduate Student Research and Scholarship Symposium. Reports and data are available on MyCoyote Blackboard under COE Assessment & Accreditation Resourses.
