Salary Budget Reconciliation Form

The purpose of the Salary Budget Reconciliation Form is to provide the Budget Office with the current year/budget year source of funding for new positions and currently established positions that require a funding change due to a reclassification, in-grade salary increase, time-base change, etc. It is also used when a permanent position is downgraded or inactivated to move budget to another budget line.
