What is ThankView? 

ThankView is a video-centric, highly personalized cloud-based email platform used by over 1,600 universities, schools, and nonprofits. It allows users to send personalized video communications, or “campaigns,” via email or text to steward gifts, extend event invitations, solicit for donations, and more.

What can ThankView be used for?

ThankView communications can be used for various purposes, including but not limited to:

  1. Event invitations/information.
  2. Announcements.
  3. Newsletters.
  4. Solicitations.
  5. Stewardship.
  6. Holiday communications.

How do I initiate a ThankView campaign?

To initiate a ThankView campaign, complete the CSUSB ThankView Request Form at least six weeks prior to your desired email drop date. Once your request is received and approved, the Office of Donor Relations will schedule a strategy meeting to discuss next steps and a more detailed outline of required materials.
