A 2006 customer satisfaction survey by the 23-campus California State University system rated six Cal State San Bernardino departments as No. 1 among CSU campuses in customer satisfaction. The six departments – accounting, facilities services, human resources and academic personnel, mail services, procurement, and shipping and receiving – were leaders in their specific categories.
