Student Orientation, Advising and Registration Program 2008SOAR 2 Success is required for all first-time freshmen and is much more than just choosing classes. It is an opportunity to meet other new students, discuss academic choices with advisors, get a feel for life in the residence halls, explore majors and career options, and learn what campus life is all about at Cal State San Bernardino. The SOAR 2 Success program is a two-phase process that will help you achieve a comfort level as you transition to college. The first phase, Advising and Registration, will provide an academic introduction to CSUSB through interactions with faculty members and academic counselors. The second phase is a two-day overnight Orientation Program that is designed to acclimate you to the day-to-day life of a college student.
