Jamal Nassar

Jamal Nassar has taken his place as dean of CSUSB’s College of Social and Behavioral Sciences. This follows nearly 30 years that Nassar spent on the Illinois State University faculty. Nassar is a leading expert on the Middle East, and specializes in comparative politics, conflict resolution and development of international relations. He has a degree in international affairs from Jacksonville University and a master’s in political science from the University of South Florida. His doctorate is from the University of Cincinnati.
