3. EDUC 607. Introduction to Educational Research (4)

TESOL Concentration:
4. EESL 536. Crosscultural Teaching (4)
5. EESL 544. Reading for TESOL (4)
6. EESL 545. Writing Methods in TESOL (4)
7. EESL 614. Curriculum Design in TESOL
8. EESL 615. Research in TESOL (4)
9. EESL 670. Principles and Practice in TESOL (4)
10. Four units chosen from:

EESL 679. Fieldwork: Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (4) or
EESL 678 Discourse Analysis in K-12 Classrooms (4)

11. Eight units from A or B which will also satisfy the graduation writing requirement:

A. EDUC 600. Master's Degree Project (4) plus four units of electives chosen from EESL 664, EESL 665, or EESL 678;

B. EESL 999. Comprehensive Examination (0)
plus eight units of electives chosen from EESL 664, EESL 665, or EESL 678.
