Single Subject P.A.F. Requirements

Listed below are the requirements needed to submit your complete Single Subject Program Admissions File.

Single Subject Requirements

  1.  Admission to the University as a Graduate Student

  2.  Application for Program Admission

  3.  Advising Form

  4.  Two Letters of Recommendation

  5.  Verification of Negative TB Test Results

       Must be within last 4 years

  6.  Certificate of Clearance

  7.  Official Transcripts

       One from each institution attended EXCEPT CSUSB

  8.  Technology Requirement

  9.  Subject Matter Competency

       Go to CSET Website

10.  CBEST 3" x 3" Passing Status Card

       Go to CBEST Website

11.  Cumulative GPA of a 2.67 or Last 90 Units GPA of a 2.75

12.  $35 Program Admission Filing Fee

       Must be paid on-line or in the Bursar Office
