Listed below are the requirements needed to submit your complete Multiple Subject Program Admissions File.

Multiple Subject Requirements
1. Admission to the University as a Graduate Student
2. Application for Program Admission
3. Admission Interview
4. Personal Narrative
5. Two Letters of Recommendation
6. Verification of Negative TB Test Results
Must be within last 4 years
7. Certificate of Clearance
8. Official transcripts
One official from each institution attended EXCEPT CSUSB
9. Technology Requirement
10. Verification of 45 Hours in a K-12 Classroom
11. Pre-Requisite Coursework
ENG 311 and
EELB 301 or HD 240
12. Subject Matter Competency
13. CBEST Registration
14. Cumulative GPA of a 2.67 or Last 90 Units GPA of a 2.75
15. $35 Program Admission Filing Fee
Must be paid on-line or in the Bursar Office
Additional Requirements for Interns
1. Application for Admission to Intern Option
Must include documentation of experience
2. Two Additional Letters of Recommendation
