SUBMISSION INFORMATION

There are three options available for submitting all applications and/or official documentation:

Requests for Pre-evaluation, Applications for Certificate of Clearance Recommendation and Applications for Credential Recommendation may now be submitted via on-line application.  Please note that applicants must have a valid CSUSB e-mail address in order to receive e-mail correspondence from the Credential Processing Office regarding their application status. NOTE:  Please click CSUSB Telecommunications and Network Services website for general information and access to Web Mail.

Monday thru Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  Although an appointment is not necessary, it is recommended that you call the C.A.S.E. Office at (909) 537-5609 to confirm office hours.  NOTE:  Palm Desert Campus (PDC) credential/certificate candidates may submit their application(s) and/or official document(s) to the PDC Teacher Education Office to be forwarded to the C.A.S.E. Office.
