students, and will strive for ASI to always be the STUDENT VOICE working
toward your goals, your events, and your future. Working together, we can
make this YOUR ASI.

For Executive Vice President:
Natalia Carvajal
I am qualified to fill the position of ASI
Executive Vice-President because my wide ranging campus involvement has
provided me with the skills needed to serve as a representative of the
students. If elected, I will do my best to increase student recruitment
and involvement to campus-wide committees through the promotion of events
and the exposure of ALL students to ASI and the ways in which we encourage
campus life and participation. I want to be the Student Voice by building
a new tomorrow, not relying on yesterday, I commit to reflecting your ideas, your events…your choice

Annekah Hall-Solomon
To My Fellow Students,
As a very active member of
our campus community I have gained many skills and qualities that make
me the best candidate for the position of Executive Vice President. I have
taken on many leadership roles within my sorority, A.S.I, and the National
Panhellenic Council, all of which have taught me different managerial,
organizational, and leadership skills and techniques that will be beneficial
to A.S.I. Overall my experiences allow me to represent the study body to
fullest and be able to encourage other students to get involved. The most
important thing is for student to have

campus lives in a positive way based on the input of the students.
For VP of Finance:
Johnathan Billinger
I, Johnathan Billinger, am running for Vice
President of Finance. We as students all know funding is becoming evermore
complicated to request. I plan to be that excellent middleman between the
board and students. If I get this position, it will benefit students. CAB
funding was created for the students, therefore it should benefit the students.
I will assist the students at all costs, rather it be turning away an event
that seems not to help our student body or fighting for that one event
that no one may believe in. I am your voice and your opinions.

Write-In Candidate:
Rendell John “RJ” Navarro
As Vice President of University Affairs for
California State University, San Bernardino, I will place the students
above myself, striving my best to fulfill my duties to both the students

myself. Regardless, I will stand for the students, by the students, and
with the students under all circumstances.
While on the board, I will
question everyone’s intent to whether of not they are serving the students
before themselves. Having previous experience as a Public Relation Manager

For Palm Desert Campus VP:
David Pomeroy (Vice President, Palm Desert Campus)
I have had the pleasure of
serving as the Associated Students Palm Desert Campus Vice President for
the past three years. While the position is both challenging and time consuming,
I find my efforts both worthwhile and fulfilling. In the year to come I
would like to see Associated Student’s presence on the Palm Desert Campus
to be further strengthened. I hope to be able to create many opportunities
for my fellow students to become involved in extra curricular activities.
I personally have found this involvement at CSUSB’s Palm Desert Campus
to be most rewarding.
For Board of Directors by College:

If I am elected, I intend to effectively bring
student’s concerns from the Arts and Letters College to ASI and make sure
their voices and concerns reach and are carried out by the Board of Directors.
I will seek out problems in
my college and report the issues that may impact students to the Board
of Directors and take action to solve them.
I will add diversity to the
student’s voice through ASI bring a friendly, upbeat vibe as well.
Sara DeHerrera (Board of Directors, Natural Science)
During this year, while serving in ASI as
a student-at-large representative, I have had the opportunity to gain insight
into what this student organization stands for. Not only have I been challenged
in a variety of aspects, but I have learned that it takes the dedication
of individuals, like me, to continue to advocate for student’s rights.
As a Nutrition major, I would
like to become a representative for the College of Natural Science. If
elected, I will strive to serve as a mediator between ASI and the student
body.
Maureen Ramos (Board of Directors, Natural Science)
Out of the 16 board members of the Associated
Student, Inc., not one of them is a nursing student. I think it’s time
that the voice of the nursing students be heard. I also am ready to bring
new ideas to the board that would impact California State University, San
Bernardino and its students of every major in a beneficial way. It truly
would be an honor to be the representative for the college of Natural Science.

needs to be. I intend on finding out what the college of Business needs
and fighting for their interests on campus. I would like to keep people
aware of problems in our school as well as help them
